Super-Conveyor®
Super-Conveyor® performs in a manner similar to a traditional rubber belt while providing the strength and durability of a steel trough conveyor.
The Super-Conveyor® is an assembly of a continuous series of steel pans, partially overlapped, and fixed to a high tensile steel mesh. Torque is transmitted to the steel belt by friction between a drive pulley and steel mesh, resulting in a leak proof yet flexible conveying system. Ideal for a variety of materials and operating conditions, the Super-Conveyor performs reliably in applications traditional belts can not.
Super-Conveyor® Features:
- The ideal solution to all applications requiring the transport of hot and or abrasive materials.
- Clean operation material remains static on belt.
- No pits or special foundations required.
- Can travel inclines of up to 45°.
- All roller components are pre-lubricated and permanently sealed.
- Material temperatures of up to 900°C.
- Material conveying speeds can be fixed or adjustable via inverter.
- Heavy loading and impact zone.
- Flexible conveying surface can be fabricated of various materials, including stainless steel, to successfully handle hot, sticky, fragile, or other "difficult to handle" material.
- Non-vibratory and noise levels below 85 dBA make for an ergonomic work surface.
- Easily mounted or retrofitted to existing frames.
- Lower energy consumption than standard conveying systems.
